Shipping and Delivery Policy
HEXXINDUSTRIAL LIMITED supplies specialist engineering, surveying, test and industrial equipment. Delivery arrangements can vary depending on the product, order value, dimensions, destination and whether an item is dispatched from our own facilities or directly from an authorised supplier or distribution partner.
Delivery charges
Delivery is not automatically free.
Any applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout where the order can be priced automatically.
For specialist, oversized, high-value or otherwise non-standard deliveries, we may need to confirm the appropriate delivery method and charge with you before the order is fulfilled.
We will not add an undisclosed delivery charge to a completed order without your agreement.
Delivery area
Our standard online service is intended primarily for UK delivery addresses.
Availability, delivery method and charges may vary for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and other remote or restricted destinations.
Where checkout cannot provide an appropriate delivery option, please contact us for a delivery quotation before ordering.
Dispatch and delivery times
Product availability and lead times vary. Some products are held in distribution stock, while specialist equipment may be supplied to order, configured, calibrated or dispatched directly by an authorised supplier.
Any delivery timeframe displayed or communicated is an estimate unless we expressly agree a specific delivery commitment with you.
For consumer orders, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable law unless a different delivery period has been agreed with you.
If an unexpected supplier or carrier delay affects your order, we will contact you using the details provided with the order.
Multiple consignments and supplier-direct delivery
An order containing products from different suppliers or locations may arrive in more than one consignment.
Supplier-direct delivery does not change your contract with HEXXINDUSTRIAL LIMITED where we are the seller shown on your order confirmation.
Inspection on delivery
Please inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible.
If packaging or goods appear damaged, or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and relevant details so that we can investigate.
International orders
International availability is not guaranteed simply because a destination can be selected on the website. International orders may require confirmation of availability, shipping charges, taxes, duties, import requirements and other delivery arrangements before fulfilment.
Where import duties, local taxes or customs charges apply, responsibility for those charges will be made clear as part of the applicable order or quotation arrangements.
