These terms apply to the use of the HexX Industrial website and, together with the information shown during checkout and any applicable order-specific terms, govern purchases made from HEXXINDUSTRIAL LIMITED. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Product information
We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, specifications, images and compatibility information accurately. Specialist engineering products can have configuration, firmware, accessory and manufacturer changes.
Customers are responsible for checking that a product is suitable for their intended application, particularly where compatibility, calibration, measurement range, software licensing or system integration is important. Please contact us before ordering if you require clarification.
Prices and payment
Prices shown on the website are the prices applicable to the product at the time displayed, subject to correction of genuine errors.
The treatment of VAT will be shown as applicable through the store and checkout. Delivery charges, where applicable, are dealt with separately and are not universally included in the product price.
We will not knowingly process an order at an obviously erroneous price without contacting the customer.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
Acceptance occurs when we confirm acceptance or dispatch/supply the goods, as applicable.
If we cannot accept an order — for example because stock is unavailable, a product has been discontinued, a supplier cannot fulfil the required configuration, there is an obvious pricing error, or we cannot deliver to the requested address — we will inform you and refund any amount due.
Price on Application and quotation products
Products marked Price on Application (POA), Request a Quote, or similar are enquiry/quotation products and are not offered for purchase at £0.00.
A confirmed price and applicable delivery terms will be provided separately before an order for such a product is accepted.
Delivery
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and any order-specific delivery terms agreed with you.
Delivery is not automatically free. Specialist, oversized, high-value or otherwise non-standard products may require a separate delivery quotation.
Returns and cancellations
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected. Orders made wholly or mainly for business purposes may be subject to different cancellation and return rights from consumer purchases.
Manufacturer warranties and technical support
Where a product includes a manufacturer's warranty, that warranty is subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms.
This is in addition to, and does not replace, any rights or remedies that apply by law. We may work with the manufacturer or authorised supplier to diagnose technical issues and arrange warranty support.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with its operation, or use website content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
Product names, trademarks and manufacturer material remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of products, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity. Any limitations are subject to applicable law and any expressly agreed written terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Scotland, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights that apply to a consumer.
